As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in a specified region through support initiatives including hiring, training, performance management, and sales leadership development.
Compensation Range: $100,000 - $200,000 per year.
* Assist Sales and District Managers with hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring adherence to the Champion playbook.
* Support sales operations and perform field training with factory reps.
* Analyze sales data to identify improvement areas and implement performance plans.
* Lead sales meetings and develop sales strategies.
* Maintain expertise on Champion products and financing options.
* Monitor competitive activity and develop sales methods.
* Require at least three years of field sales experience in home sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and ability to manage a large sales team.
* Strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel 75% of the time.
