Meatsmith currently operates 4 retail stores as well as a Production department. We're continuing to grow, and looking for a Butcher to join our team. The candidate will have solid butcher skills and an eye for quality, working in the Butchery team.
Responsibilities
Product preparation
Body breakdown
Preparing and cutting orders
Managing production schedules within required timeframes
Maintaining quality control systems
Communication with other departments
Additional duties as required
Qualifications
Strong butcher skills and an eye for quality; experience in a butcher role preferred.
