We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to support the delivery of Sustaining Capital projects across construction, supply, and consultancy works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide commercial and procurement support for complex capital projects
* Lead sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract implementation
* Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including compliance, claims, and dispute resolution
* Build strong relationships with project teams and suppliers
* Collaborate with the procurement team to drive value, efficiency, and process improvements
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience in end‐to‐end procurement and contract management for capital projects
* Tertiary qualification in law, procurement, supply chain, business, or related field
* Strong skills in tendering, contract drafting, negotiation, and claims management
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management with a focus on safety
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Proactive, solutions‐oriented, and team‐focused mindset

Casual Loading
