Your new role:
This Position Provides Project Coordination And Administrative Support To Facilitate The Successful Planning, Selection And Commissioning Of Furniture, Fittings And Equipment (FF&E) Across Major Health Infrastructure Projects. You Will
Support the planning, coordination and delivery of FF&E commissioning activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Work collaboratively with clinicians, contractors, consultants and operational stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
Prepare project documentation, reports, registers and briefing materials while monitoring project progress and identifying risks.
Assist with on-site coordination, infrastructure readiness activities and procurement processes supporting service expansion projects.
About You
The ideal candidate is a motivated project professional who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and demonstrates strong organisational and stakeholder engagement capabilities. You have:
Demonstrated experience in project coordination or management, including planning priorities, monitoring progress and managing risks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team while managing competing priorities across multiple project sites.
A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with organisational values and service objectives.
