We are seeking Deli/Bakery Managers to join our Northbeach store
What is required in this role is a passion for retail, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
This is a hands‑on Fulltime roll Monday to Friday, and you will report directly to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
* Maximising sales and profit in the Deli/Bakery departments through effective ordering and merchandising.
* Ordering stock.
* Controlling Shrinkage and Markdowns.
* Ticketing and merchandising.
* Stock control and stocktakes.
* Providing the highest level of customer service.
Experience in retail management in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Training and above award salary remuneration for successful applicants who start their career journey with the Farmer Jack's Family.
Police Clearance required.
