The Opportunity:
Reporting To: Estimating & Supervising Manager and Estimating and Supervising Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs.
Provide comparative quotes and estimates to our insurance partners.
Review and compile content from specialist & trade reports for submission to our insurers.
Build Trade & Supplier relationships and rapport.
Ensure quality and cost management.
Meet client KPIs.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional service with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Build strong relationships and effectively resolve challenges.

What is Essential:
Insurance building industry experience is highly regarded.
Experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).
Knowledge of National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Competence with repair management systems, Microsoft Office, and a quick learner of new systems.
Keen eye for detail in interpreting scopes of work.
Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail ensuring the highest quality of repairs.
