We are a dynamic organisation looking for a motivated Administration Officer to support our Head Office team. About the Role
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative support across various departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and working within a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
1. General administration support for head office staff
2. Answer phone calls and maintain company registers
3. Assist with scanning, filing, and document management
4. Coordinate employee travel and accommodation
5. Manage and update company vehicle registrations
6. Assist with hire enquiries, tender submissions, and job prospect research
7. Support onboarding of new employees and maintain HR records
8. Process accounts payable and assist with finance functions
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and OH&S procedures
About You
* Previous experience in office administration
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong computer and database proficiency with a knowledge of MS Office and Xero software
* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
