**Location**:My FootDr - Toowoomba, QLD

**Remuneration**:Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and in line with industry standards.

**About the Opportunity**

My FootDr, is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Practice Manager to join our Toowoomba team. You will be working together with our energetic and vibrant team, who continually strive for positive patient outcomes through excellence in clinical care and a wide range of footwear available to purchase.

The role requires you to be an energetic, commercially astute and self-motivated professional, that can engage and motivate your team to deliver the highest quality patient care and customer service.

As Team Leader within our busy podiatry clinic, you will build and maintain professional relationships with the podiatrists and clinic support team, while ensuring compliance, best practice and growth of the clinic to achieve company objectives.

**In your role you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Opening and closing clinic
- Fielding telephone enquiries and manage patient bookings
- Data entry
- Patient billing and receipting
- Daily banking reporting
- Infection control processes and sterilisation of instruments
- Merchandising
- Footwear sales & clinic inventory management
- Rostering
- Ability to coach and lead your team to perform at their best
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers as guided by your line manager

- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail

- High level of computer skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience in the health sector will be an advantage
- Previous experience in footwear sales would be desirable

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toowoomba, QLD 4350: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
