The Position, but not limited to
- Preparation of all documentation for settlement
- Develop new and existing client relationships
- Have your own portfolio to step into straight away
- Receipting funds from clients
- Providing quotes to new clients
- Liaising with settlement agents, brokers, banks, agents involved in the settlement process
The Criteria
- Previous experience in settlements/conveyancing is essential
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
