Overview
In the role of Account Specialist (Architecture & Developer) you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and drive significant sales growth with industry leaders. You would partner closely with key customers to understand and support their business through the value of the Reece product and service offerings. You would also develop new business opportunities through presentations, proposals and tenders.
Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
- Support customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics.
- Achieve agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.
- Develop new business opportunities through presentations, proposals and tenders.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship building skills
- High customer service focus and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills (fluent written and verbal English), good listening and presentation skills at all levels
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities
- Previous sales or key account management experience, particularly within the construction/development industry, valued but not required
- A valid driver’s licence and relevant PC skills; experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Enjoy growth opportunities and have a passion for customers
