To succeed, you will require:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar construction industry role.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, along with strong IT literacy.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
* The ability to work independently as a self-starter, taking pride in your work and striving for excellence.
