The Company:
Australia Wide Trades Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician for a hospital environment. This is a long established and well-known employer offering the chance to work in a critical infrastructure setting, where your skills make a real difference to operational reliability and patient safety.
The position requirements include but are not limited to:
* Performing electrical maintenance and repairs across building services and hospital infrastructure, including preventive, reactive, and project-based work.
* Monitoring and maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and operational standards.
* Responding promptly to faults and alarms to minimise downtime and maintain a safe environment.
* Coordinating and prioritising work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Ensuring strict adherence to hospital policies, WHS procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To be considered for this role you should ideally possess:
* A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Proven experience in building services and maintenance, ideally within a hospital, healthcare, or other critical facility environment (desirable)
* Previous experience in electrical fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance across large-scale facilities
* Strong hands-on problem-solving ability and practical knowledge of electrical systems
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive, proactive, and safety-focused attitude
On Offer:Rotating day / night shift roster ( 2x 12 hour days followed by 2x 12 hour nights then 4 days off )
Competitive salary up to $150K depending on experience + Super
