Reporting to the Production Manager, your leadership will empower welders, fabricators, and warehouse staff to deliver outstanding results on time and to spec.Responsibilities:Allocate workloads and manage team labour across processing, welding, fabrication, and dispatchPrepare and distribute work packs and drawings.Monitor production schedules, quality checks, and compliance.Coordinate materials handling, load-outs, and surface treatment.Drive WHS compliance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.Mentor, train, and develop workshop staff.Implement continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency.Qualifications:2+ years in a supervisory role and 5+ years in metal fabrication or similar.Excellent communication and decision-making skills.Strong understanding of WHS regulations and workshop operations.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); ERP/MIS systems experience is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of workshop equipment and toolsFamiliarity with health and safety regulationIf you meet the above requirements APPLY NOW!Note: Due to high numbers of applications only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Role TypeCompany OverviewAt Tank Vision, we aspire to respect and display the company values in our day-to-day actions and decisions.
