QTK Group is seeking an experienced and technically capable Senior Service Advisor to join our Operations Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a dealership or fast-paced service environment and is confident in diagnosing technical issues and supporting customers over the phone.

What You'll Do
In this senior position, you will be a key contact for customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day focus will be on providing
technical troubleshooting and diagnostic support
to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
You will be responsible for:
Providing technical assistance and fault diagnosis over the phone and via email.
Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and determining next actions.
Managing complex and escalated service enquiries with confidence.
Coordinating repairs and service scheduling across branches and service teams.
Maintaining communication between customers, sales teams, and technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and service excellence.
What You Bring
We are looking for a highly capable customer service professional with strong technical aptitude:
Previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership, mechanical or transport environment.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose faults and provide technical support remotely.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead conversations and set expectations clearly.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Competency using computer systems and applications.
A proactive, solution-focused approach.
