Account Coordinator - Full Service Marketing
We're looking for a Coordinator extraordinaire to support our growing list of clients.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and the creative team and help create strategies and execute end-to-end marketing activity.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role—ideal for someone who's adaptable, hungry to learn, loves rolling up their sleeves, is confident with clients and comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on delivery.
You will be working across the entire digital marketing and advertising spectrum: brand, web, social, content, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, campaigns and more—across a wide range of clients and varied industries.

About You

Minimum 2 years experience in Account Service (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience across social media, digital marketing and content creation (email marketing, websites, Meta/Google Ads experience a bonus)
Strong understanding of marketing strategy—able to turn business goals into clear, actionable plans
Experience creating marketing and brand strategies and guiding the creative direction of campaigns and content
Confident working with campaign results, reports and metrics—and explaining what the numbers actually mean to clients
A natural relationship-builder who can understand client needs and deliver on agreed outcomes
Very strong communication and writing skills with a high attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple clients, projects and deadlines without losing your cool—you'll always respond to a client's question, query or request in a timely manner.
You're creative, and you're not scared to collaborate with influencers and creators on content creation and publishing

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Client Account Coordinator, you'll be a key part of how we deliver thoughtful, strategic and creative work for our clients.
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, relationships, creativity and delivery.
Own client relationships, be the primary point of contact and a trusted accounts coordinator
Translate business goals into fully-formed marketing and brand strategies, campaigns and always-on activity
Lead campaign planning and rollout across channels (social, digital, content, email, paid, web)
Brief and collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers and digital specialists to bring fresh ideas to life
Provide creative input—bringing ideas, challenging the brief when needed and spotting opportunities for stronger creative
Assist with timelines, budget tracking, deliverables, post-event/campaign reporting and internal workflows to keep projects moving smoothly
Excellent written communications and copywriting skills
Review and interpret performance reports, turning results into clear, actionable insights for clients
Identify opportunities to add value—from campaign ideas to new projects or strategic initiatives
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture where everyone has each other's back
