As a Residential Senior Buyers Advocate, you will collaborate with new and existing clients, utilising your expertise to facilitate residential property transactions recommended by our company. From conducting market research to negotiating on behalf of clients, you'll be instrumental in ensuring seamless transactions and satisfied customers. This role requires an advanced understanding of the residential real estate market in Australia, strong negotiation skills, and an excellent commitment to client service.
Responsibilities :
* Introduce prospective clients to our services and actively contribute to client acquisition efforts.
* Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalised support throughout the transaction process.
* Assist in the sale of properties recommended by Rethink Investing, ensuring alignment with client needs.
* Finalise property sales recommended by Rethink Investing, overseeing all necessary documentation and processes.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients as necessary to address inquiries and provide guidance.
* Skilfully negotiate private sales on behalf of clients to secure favourable outcomes.
* Utilise industry tools like RP Data for comprehensive property analysis, aiding clients in informed decision-making.
* Offer accurate advice and property assessments to clients, aligning with their specific criteria.
* Prepare and review property contracts and documentation for review by company representatives.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service to clients.
* Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and collaborate with various teams to achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.
* Adhere to due diligence guidelines and company policies to ensure ethical and compliant practices.
Qualifications :
* A valid and current real estate agent / broker licence.
* Strong experience in real estate sales or property management.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in market analysis tools such as RP Data or similar software.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
