Reliability & Maintenance Manager – Water Infrastructure (Aquaculture)
We’re seeking a proactive Reliability and Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance strategy for water treatment and distribution systems across a network of aquaculture farms and hatcheries .
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a sustainability-driven industry, ensuring essential water infrastructure operates reliably and efficiently to support high-quality aquaculture production.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the performance, reliability, and compliance of water assets across multiple remote and regional locations. From treatment systems and pumping stations to distribution networks, you'll implement best-in-class maintenance practices to drive uptime, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead proactive maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM, TPM).
* Manage the deployment and enhancement of CMMS and condition monitoring tools.
* Monitor and improve key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of skilled maintenance technicians and site staff.
* Ensure adherence to environmental and operational compliance standards.
* Work cross-functionally with farming, operations, engineering, and environmental teams.
About You
* Experienced in reliability or maintenance leadership, ideally with exposure to water systems or infrastructure in remote or industrial environments.
* Proficient with CMMS platforms and data-driven asset management.
* Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability principles.
* Comfortable managing teams across multiple locations and driving change.
* Familiar with frameworks like ISO 55000, TPM, or equivalent.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
