The Role
* Developing and managing detailed project plans, programs and budgets
* Coordinating approvals and liaising with clients, consultants and authorities
* Overseeing construction delivery to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, NCC standards and SA building regulations
* Monitoring quality, safety, cost and schedule across all stages of the build
* Running site meetings, resolving issues and providing clear updates to stakeholders
* Managing variations, cost control, risk and financial reporting
* Mentoring and supporting junior project team members
* Managing project handover, defect rectification and warranty periods to ensure a seamless client experience
The Criteria
* Proven experience delivering high-end or bespoke residential projects
* Strong understanding of South Australian building regulations, approvals and NCC requirements
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
* Construction Management or related qualification preferred
* Builder's Licence (Classes 1 & 10) highly regarded
