$70,157 + super (pro rata based on contract)

**Overview**
The objective of the role of Office Assistantis to be responsible for providing a professional an efficient client service to customers and visitors and will provide administrative and facilities management support to the customer-facing teams. Critical to this role is taking direction and working intuitively to support the completion of the company's goals and objectives in a professional and appropriate manner.
**Responsibilities**
- Providing appropriate information, explanations and advice to people seeking housing assistance.
- Ensuring all customer contact with the organisation is professional, effective and efficient.
- Maintaining a basic knowledge of Housing Pathways products and services as well as tenancy management policy and procedure.
- Ensuring sound communication with all parts of the organisation in administering/redirecting reception inquiries.
- Organising in-house catering or events and preparing meeting rooms.
- Using the Microsoft suite of programs to provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team.
- Responding to initial face-to-face enquiries from applicants, tenants, and stakeholders.
**Experience Required**
- Cert III in administration or relevant work experience.
- An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values of the business (Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, Compassion & Ambition).
- Prior experience in an administrative role will be well regarded.
- Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
