Home care clients require dedicated individuals who provide assistance, support and encouragement to live in their chosen community. A Senior Home Care Worker is responsible for providing personal care assistance to clients, showering, dressing and continence care; helping with cleaning, shopping, meal preparation and other light housework; assisting with transporting clients to appointments and undertaking personal shopping; assisting with medication; supporting the development of a consumer-driven care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care assistance to clients.

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in a direct care role.
* A current driver's license and a reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle suitable for work purposes.
