Role Overview
Reporting into senior leadership, the Finance Manager will oversee day-to-day financial operations while leading key budgeting activities and contributing to the development of a 5-year business plan. You will manage one direct report and play a hands‐on role in ensuring financial accuracy, insights, and performance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day financial management and reporting
* Lead budgeting processes and financial forecasting
* Contribute to the development of a 5-year business plan
* Provide financial insights to support decision-making
* Manage and support one finance team member
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
* Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
* Strong budgeting and financial planning experience
* Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis
* Commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic insights
* High attention to detail and strong numerical capability
* Ability to work autonomously and within a small team
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* National Police Check required
* Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check prior to commencement
