IT Delivery Lead – Microsoft Platforms – Melbourne (Permanent)
CK Connect is partnering with a leading organisation seeking an experienced IT Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Based in Melbourne, this role will be responsible for leading delivery across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft 365, ensuring projects are delivered effectively while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of technology initiatives across the Microsoft platform ecosystem.
* Manage project delivery across Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Coordinate internal teams, technology partners and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
* Drive project governance, delivery planning, reporting and risk management.
* Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology solutions.
* Oversee project timelines, resources and delivery milestones.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
* Support continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and processes.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in an IT Delivery Lead, Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager role.
* Experience delivering projects across Microsoft technology platforms.
* Exposure to Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
* Experience managing cross-functional technology teams and vendors.
* Experience working within enterprise transformation or digital modernisation programmes.
* Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies and delivery frameworks.
* Strong governance and programme management capabilities.
