IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users.
Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* You will work closely with the delivery leadership team to investigate, identify, and address issues.
* You will assist a diverse range of clients with their IT needs, providing them with technical guidance and support.

To succeed in this position, you must have strong base technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Office 365, and common productivity software.
* Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques is essential.
* Knowledge of desktop, laptop or server hardware troubleshooting and repair is desirable.
* A background in server and backup infrastructure is also preferred.
