Responsibilities
* Monitoring inventory levels across warehouses and consignment locations
* Creating restock orders and coordinating replenishment activity
* Investigating stock discrepancies, expired stock and missing inventory
* Managing urgent shipments and stock transfers where required
* Reviewing TSAs, LEAs and maintaining accurate documentation in NetSuite
* Communicating stock risks, backorders and constraints to stakeholders
Qualifications
* Experience in inventory management, supply chain or warehouse operations
* Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
* Confidence using Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools
* NetSuite experience and SQL reporting exposure are advantageous
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritisation skills
* Great communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
