About this Opportunity
As an Aged Care Coach, you will provide guidance and training to caregivers to develop skills and address role challenges.
This role is suitable for experienced coaches or trainers in aged care settings who possess leadership abilities and emotional intelligence.
You will work closely with caregivers to offer personalized coaching and practical solutions to enhance their caregiving experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and support to caregivers for quality care delivery.
* Create a supportive environment for caregivers to share experiences, concerns, and emotions.
* Conduct training on client-specific requirements.
* Track caregiver progress and provide feedback for quality improvements.
* Assist with administrative tasks, maintaining records and documentation.
About You:
Requirements include:
* Minimum 2 years of aged care experience, preferably in dementia, palliative, and end-of-life care.
* CERT 3 in Individual Support is highly desirable.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Experience with aged care equipment and technology.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation.
