Looking for an alternative to an apprenticeship? Our Component Rebuild Centre (CRC) in Tomago is opening applications for motivated individuals to join a structured 2‐year program blending hands‐on learning with formal accredited training—all while being paid full‐time.

As a WesTrac Component Technician, you will learn how to:
* Assist in the assembly and disassembly of engines and powertrains
* Support rebuild activities that keep our customers operating
* Maintain safe work practices at all times
* Collaborate with your crew to meet deadlines and deliver high‐quality results
About you:
* Must be 18 years or older by December 2026
* Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
* Strong communication, reading and writing skills
* Genuine interest in mechanical trades, machinery or hands‐on learning
* Driver's licence and reliable transport (or close to obtaining one) with ability to travel to work and training
* Honest, reliable and dependable
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
