Expanded Equity Group is growing our property management team. We're looking for an experienced property manager who values professionalism, proactive service, and a supportive workplace culture.

Our director has 20 years' experience in property management and understands the realities of the role. You'll be supported by someone who knows the pressures, prioritises training, and is committed to setting the team up to succeed.
The Role
You will manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100 properties located south of the river (Perth).
This is an end-to-end portfolio role, with support to help you perform at your best. The position does not include:
* Property condition reports (PCRs)
* Trust accounting
* Business development responsibilities (optional if you would like to earn additional commission)

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A current property management registration/license (as required in WA)
* A minimum of 2–3 years' property management experience
* Strong organisation skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Confidence with systems, processes, and portfolio management
* Excellent communication skills and a service-first approach
