Building & Pest Inspector (Contractor or Full-Time)

BeSafe Inspections is a well-established Sydney-based company specialising in pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspections. We’re known for thorough reports, honest advice, and a straightforward approach with clients.
Due to strong demand across the Central Coast, we’re looking for an experienced inspector to join our team — either as a contractor or full-time.
If you’re currently working with another inspection company or franchise and want more flexibility, steady work, and less admin, this could be a good fit.
What the Role Looks Like
* Pre-purchase building and pest inspections
* Mostly residential homes and units
* Jobs scheduled between 9am and 5pm
* Reports completed using our simple mobile system
* Consistent local work across Central Coast & Sydney
Our office handles bookings, payments, and client communication so you can focus on the inspections.
Full-Time Option
For a full-time role, you’ll need to be open to travelling to Sydney for inspections when required.
Experience with building stage inspections and handover inspections would be a strong advantage.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in building and/or pest inspections
* Timber Pest Licence (Cert III – Timber Pest Inspection – Code 8 & 10)
* Trade background in building or similar
* Current NSW Driver’s Licence
* Police Check (within the last 6 months)
* Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Strong communication skills with buyers and agents
* Physically fit (roof void and subfloor access required)
If you’re pest qualified but not doing building inspections yet, we’re happy to provide training.
