* Stay up-to-date on market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Process quotes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
* Communicate effectively with clients and insurers.
* Assist with claims-related enquiries.
* Liaise with our members and form strong relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an Insurance Broker, with a focus on digital platforms.
* In-depth knowledge of various insurance products and services, including personal and commercial lines.
* Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment.
* A current Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or ability to obtain one.
