We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager to lead regional and remote projects, drive project growth, and ensure organisational excellence. This is a senior leadership position, it requires a strong foundation in project management and a willingness to stay actively involved in key initiatives from planning through execution. What you'll do: Lead day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with strategic objectives Drive business growth, performance, and operational efficiency Oversee cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture Direct and actively manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery Implement project management best practices, tools, and governance Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies Report to executive leadership on performance and project milestones Planning, coordinating and delivering construction projects across Alice Springs and remote NT communities. Travelling to remote sites as required by programme, site conditions and delivery priorities. Managing subcontractors, sequencing, materials and site activity to ensure safe, timely and reliable outcomes. Maintaining control of programme, cost awareness and reporting, with early escalation of risks and constraints. Working closely with Directors and senior site leaders to reduce reactive escalation through calm, disciplined delivery. What we're looking for: A Project Manager or strong delivery-focused operator who is comfortable being site-present and hands-on. Someone genuinely able and willing to travel regularly to remote communities as part of normal work. A candidate based in Aice Springs or prepared to relocate at their own cost. FIFO is not available. A practical, organised and resilient operator who communicates early and delivers consistently.
