About the Position:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialized clinical expertise to deliver high-quality services and leadership, achieving better health outcomes for adolescents and young people aged 12-25 years.
* Collaborate across service boundaries to reduce transitional service gaps and improve timely access to multidisciplinary youth mental health treatment and care.
* Strengthen clinical pathways to ensure seamless transitions between services and establish a collaborative pathway to deliver effective brief interventions.
Requirements
* Hold qualifications and registration with the relevant authorities to practice in occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or registered nursing.
