Job Title: Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled office manager to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial accounts, cashflow, general administrative requirements, planning, and organizing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage financial accounts and cashflow
* Oversee general administration including event planning
* Enter customer orders
* Plan and organize on behalf of the Managing Director
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, account management, and customer service. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in administration
* Accounting package proficiency (preferably MYOB Advanced/Acumatica)
* Customer service experience
* Office management experience
