Ready to take the next step in your insurance career? We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Assistant Account Executive to join our friendly and experienced team.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our Senior Account Managers and Claims Manager, playing a key role in keeping policies, claims, and client service running smoothly.
The Role
You'll support broking operations and manage claims administration, acting as a key point of contact for clients and insurers.
Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting Senior Brokers with new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Working directly with insurers, underwriters, clients, adjusters, and external providers
Answering calls, gathering risk information, and delivering outstanding customer service
Assisting with quotations, renewals, debtor management, and monthly workflows
Supporting new business leads and marketing initiatives.
Assisting the Director with lead generation and quoting new business.
Assisting with insurance claims from lodgement to finalisation. Ensuring timely processing including follow-ups and stakeholder communication

About You
Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
At least 12 months' experience in a similar insurance role
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
Proactive, reliable, and a true team player
Tier 1 or 2 qualification is preferred (or working towards)
