We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has experience managing construction projects and is looking to further develop their skills across the full project lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
* Meet with clients to understand their objectives and help develop clear project briefs.
* Manage residential and commercial projects from pre-construction through to handover, supported by our site team.
* Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, councils, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Support site teams during construction, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality.
* Manage project programs, budgets, variations, and procurement.
* Order materials and coordinate logistics to support construction schedules.
* Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and authorities, including lodging council notifications where required.
* Attend site and consultant meetings and take minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up of actions.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in project coordination or project management within residential and/or commercial construction.
* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
* Experience using MS Project and/or Adobe InDesign is highly regarded.
* Familiarity with the tender process and packaging of tender documentation is highly regarded.
* Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
