Based in Unanderra, NSW, you will join our branch as an Estimator / Purchaser, supporting customers and managing purchasing and repair estimates for hydraulic equipment.
In this role, you will:
* Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and manufacturing services
* Provide professional advice on our products and services
* Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships
* Work closely with your team to meet customer expectations
* Support branch performance and daily operations

About You:
We're looking for someone who:
* Proven customer service experience with the confidence to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Previous experience in estimating, purchasing, or procurement (highly regarded)
* Strong organisational skills with excellent time management and attention to detail
* Experience working with hydraulic equipment, industrial equipment, or within an engineering workshop environment
* Solid mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical products and services
* Intermediate computer skills and the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
* A genuine willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the business
