You'll support the assessment of eligibility in a call centre and administrative environment. This state government department plays a vital role in the growth of NSW.
This is a 12-month contract with multiple vacancies, offering hybrid work arrangements based out of the Parramatta office.
Responsibilities
* Assess and determine file locations for licensing related records
* Deliver high-quality customer service via phone and email
* Respond to high volumes of email enquiries
* Liaise with businesses and stakeholders
* Assist with application lodgement and documentation
* Maintain accurate records and complete admin tasks
* Provide clear information and support to customers
Qualifications
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a high-volume processing environment
* Previous Government experience highly regarded
* Strong attention to detail
* Deliver processing tasks with accuracy and within tight timeframes
* Communicate with professionalism and sensitivity across diverse customer groups
