Quantitative User Experience Lead
Conducts end-to-end research to drive business impact through collaboration with stakeholders.
* Leads research efforts serving product goals in the medium- and long-term, informed by a deep understanding of the business.
* Formulates research programmes and shares cumulative knowledge relevant to strategic objectives.
* Manages projects as collaborations with other stakeholders.
* Advances research methodologies and mentors others in high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluates research opportunities, particularly with ambiguous requests.
* Manages and shapes inbound research requests.
* Executes projects with excellent execution, exploring alternate methods and innovative approaches.
* DIRECTS projects to appropriate quantitative and qualitative research methods.
* Triangulates findings, methods, and theories for reliability and depth of insight.
* Applies secondary research and expert inspection methods to maximize value and efficiency.
* Utilizes software tools common in the field to apply the right tool to the problem.
Requirements
* Masters Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in consumer-facing business domains.
* Expertise in Quantitative research.
* Experience with Qualitative and user-centered design methods.
* Ability to communicate complex problems and business opportunities to various stakeholders using data-driven insights.
* Strong storytelling and communication skills; able to articulate complex ideas fluently to business people, product teams, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
