Role Overview: As a Landscape Construction Supervisor, you’ll oversee site operations across diverse projects in Perth. You’ll manage teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure safety compliance, all while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. This is an ideal role for someone with a landscaping or trade background who’s ready to step into leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate site crews to deliver projects on time and to specification. Monitor progress, resolve challenges, and uphold safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members to build capability and morale. Pitch in when needed—because teamwork matters here. What You’ll Need: Experience in landscaping, construction, or a related trade. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to interpret plans and technical specifications. Current White Card and valid driver’s licence. MR/HR licence and formal qualifications in Construction or Horticulture are desirable but not essential.
