Master Builders Victoria (MBV) represents over 6,000 members within the building construction industry across Victoria, including large and small builders across the domestic and commercial sectors, as well as apprentices, suppliers, and manufacturers. Key Position Tasks: We are looking for a Marketing Advisor to contribute to the overall success of MBV by assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and communications across the organisation. Key tasks include:
Assisting with the coordination and implementation of the organisation's marketing and communications campaigns and activities Quality copywriting and design for relevant communications, including EDMs, website content, social media, collateral production, internal communications, meetings, newsletters, fact sheets, presentations, magazines, reports, video scripting, editorials, etc. Liaising with internal stakeholders (internal MBV teams and depts) to develop marketing project briefs as required for the different business functions Assist/support the Events and Sponsorship team in the delivery/hosting of industry events, where required. This may include attending events (sometimes outside of usual business hours), taking and editing photographs, writing blurbs, posting about the event, liaising with sponsors and any other relevant tasks Key Skills, Attributes and Experience: Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field Skilled in producing and delivering marketing and communications projects, including campaign planning, content creation, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, social media, and CRM platforms What MBV can offer you: Flexible work arrangements – Hybrid work model, compressed working weeks, purchased annual leave Strong people engagement and values-based culture Paid parental leave, corporate partnerships, company wide lunches, events and activities Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Master Builders Association of Victoria by 2x
