Responsibilities
* Perform treatments with medical-grade technology
* Conduct consultations and prescribe treatment plans
* Guide clients on treatments, homecare, and aftercare
* Build relationships with clients
* Achieve KPI targets ensuring comprehensive client service
* Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and safety
* Support company initiatives and process improvements

Skills and Qualifications
* Cert IV or equivalent in Beauty
* Minimum 1 year experience in Beauty; body shaping experience preferred
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in customer service and sales
