Program Leader Opportunity
This role involves leading complex initiatives that support state-wide planning, preparedness, response, and recovery. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the development and delivery of programs to build safer, more resilient communities.
About the Role:
* The Program Leader will lead research, provide expert advice, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs are evidence-based and effectively implemented.
* The role requires strong project management skills, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to conduct and apply research to inform program development.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver initiatives that make a difference and have demonstrated experience designing and/or coordinating programs.
About You:
* You are a strategic thinker with a passion for public impact.
* You have a track record of delivering complex initiatives and have excellent written communication skills.
* You are able to conduct and apply research to inform program development and have skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Essential Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* A current unrestricted drivers' licence.
* An ability and willingness to travel within NSW and support other operational roles during disasters, emergencies, and other events consistent with skills, background, and personal circumstances.
