Vehicle Technician (Diesel)
The role involves inspecting and testing vehicles to diagnose issues and ensure safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing malfunctions and ensuring safe operation of vehicles
* Repairing or replacing defective parts in an efficient manner
* Troubleshooting fuel, ignition, and emissions control systems using electronic diagnostics
* Managing routine maintenance tasks
* Installing or repairing air conditioners and servicing components
* Coordinating with suppliers for spare parts and updating the vehicle maintenance system
Requirements include:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably with diesel vehicles
* Mechanical trade qualifications
* Heavy Rigid License or ability to obtain one
* Proven diagnostic skills
* Electrical and PLC knowledge
