Our projects include construction of major civil projects including roadworks, residential and rural subdivisions and Commercial construction.
Due to increased projects, our clients are looking for experienced asphalt Labourers and machine operators to join their projects in the Bundaberg.
The current projects are ongoing and have plenty of career progression
Duties
- All vehicles have tools required for days work
- General labour duties on Asphalt / Road projects
- Use and maintenance of small plant including demo saw, jack hammer and Wacker packer
- Clean debris and spoil from worksite
- Offload truck and reorganise for following day
- Operate plant machinery like Rollers, etc
- General cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse, equipment and vehicles.
Must Have:
- Construction Card (white or blue)
- Asphalt experience
- Excavator
- Roller
- Skid Steer/Bobcat
- Front end Loader
- HR/MR licence preferred
- Valuable attitude and Physically fit
- Ability to work AM / PM
- Ability to undertake heavy manual handling / labouring duties
- Ability to effectively and work with others, and follow instructions
- Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
- Ability to undertake heavy manual handling / labouring duties
- Able to pass drug and alcohol testing
- Can provide references relating to recent, similar experience
