About Our Program

Our goal is to bring the game of footy to life for kids in Southern NSW. We're looking for enthusiastic and community-minded individuals who can help us make a difference.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working with children, have a passion for sport, and want to be part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver fun and skills-based sessions in schools and clubs
* Run Auskick and Superkick programs to help kids build confidence and friendships through sport
* Support community events and game days, creating positive experiences for kids and families
* Champion inclusion and work on programs that support multicultural communities, girls in sport, Indigenous programs, and kids of all abilities

Requirements:

* Confident working with kids, with a fun and positive energy
* Great communicator who can connect with children, families, and school staff
* Reliable, independent, and proactive, especially when working solo in schools or at events
* Open to learning new things, including AFL activities and programs
* A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

What You'll Be Doing - A Day in the Life:

As a Game Development Officer, your week might include delivering fun sessions in schools, running Auskick programs, supporting community events, and championing inclusion. You'll be out in the community helping kids get moving and feel part of something bigger through team sport.

Role Type and Hours:

This is a casual role, perfect for those who thrive in dynamic, community-focused environments. Hours vary depending on program periods, with a mix of short and longer blocks during peak periods.
