Deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and Council standards.
Support every child to reach their potential in an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Build strong partnerships with families, colleagues, and community networks.
Lead and mentor educators, students, and volunteers to ensure best practice.
Maintain compliance, safety, and professionalism across all aspects of the kindergarten program.

We're seeking passionate, qualified Early Childhood Teachers who value play-based learning and thrive in a collaborative, community-focused environment. You'll bring a sound understanding of child development, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping every child grow and succeed.

Government Incentives Available
Eligible Early Childhood Educators may also access Victorian Government location incentives, with payments of up to $21,000 for Teachers (Tier 2), subject to program eligibility and service obligations. These incentives are administered by the Department of Education and are available until 30 June 2026.

Prior to commencement, the successful applicant will be required to provide the following.
A copy of a recent National Police Check (less than 3 months)
A current driver's licence
Any other mandatory requirements outlined in the position description (eg. first aid, CPR, WWCC).
The completion of a pre-employment functional assessment (paid for by the council) will also be required.
If applicable, evidence regarding right to work in Australia will need to be presented.
