As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store. You will lead by example, develop your team, and set high standards for safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing stock levels, minimizing losses, and maintaining high inventory standards.
2. Working closely with your team on registers, filling shelves, and merchandising special buys.
3. Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that benefit the business.
4. Conducting interviews for potential new team members and collaborating with the Area Manager to select the right people for your team.
