Pilbara Community Legal Service offers a full-time opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team.

You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation follows laws and policies, focuses on staff wellbeing, and helps employees grow and perform at their best.

* Minimum Certificate IV in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
* Degree or postgraduate qualifications are highly sought.
* Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience.
* Demonstrated computer literacy with proficiency in HRIS platforms.
* High-level, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Adhere to ethical, privacy and confidentiality standards.
