About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Assistant in Nursing to provide high-quality, patient-centred care under the direction of our Registered Nurses. This is a casual position with flexibility across all shifts – day, evening, and night duty – giving you the chance to balance work with your lifestyle while gaining diverse clinical experience across departments.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting patients with personal care, mobility, and communication needs
Assisting with nursing care and technical support tasks
Maintaining accurate documentation and protected care practices
Working as a valued member of our multidisciplinary team
About You
A Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing or relevant enrolment in Nursing studies
Professionalism, flexibility, and adaptability
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to act calmly in challenging situations
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A genuine commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and culturally respectful care
