Overview
Salary: $90000 - $ per annum, Benefits: + comms (OTE $140k+)
A well-established, privately owned property group dedicated to helping clients grow their investment portfolios and achieve long-term financial success through smart property strategies. With an in-house strategy team, finance partners, and a fully supported call centre, you'll be handed pre-approved clients who already have a plan in place—your job is to go out and find the right deals. This role is perfect for someone with at least 12 months of experience in a Buyer’s Agency and a proven track record in closing deals, ready to hit the ground running and transact property across Australia.

Daily tasks
- Conduct thorough buyer consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Populate research and analysis reports to present to clients.
- Utilise market knowledge to identify and present suitable properties to clients.
- Guide clients through property buying, from property search to closing.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Requirements
- Certificate of Registration at a minimum
- Proven experience as a Buyers Agent with 12 months experience minimum
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused, wanting to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident with networking opportunities for business
- Not afraid to transact with property all over Australia
