Job Title: Application Officer
The primary objective of this role is to integrate Queensland Ambulance Service identities into the enterprise Queensland Health Identity and Access Management solution, known as Access Manager.
This position will provide critical support during site go-live and hypercare periods. Close collaboration with operational teams will ensure alignment with service standards and a successful transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage ITIL Service Management processes, including incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
* Employ excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including negotiation, advice, influence, and collaboration with people to make decisions.
* Fulfill customer needs and expectations.
* Demonstrate an understanding or quickly learn the impacts of other technologies or environments, such as databases, servers, and networking.
Requirements: A demonstrated ability in developing and managing ITIL Service Management processes is essential. Experience with service management of Identity and Access for a large organisation is desirable.
